Palpung Sampel Chöling – Tibetan Buddhism Center –
it is also a natural life project
~ SPIRITUAL TRADITION ~
Palpung belongs to a network of centers and monasteries created and directed by H.E. Kenting Tai Situpa to preserve and to make known the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.
Lamas and rinpoches of Sherab Ling (India) visit regularly. Periodically we carry out meditation retreats and days of Buddhist practices.
~ NATURAL LIFE PROJECT ~
We have a great interest in raising awareness about environmental degradation and the need to live in harmony with the earth and with all living things.
Our project is based on the criteria of ecology, self-sufficiency, and the protection of natural life.
We are located on the outskirts of Cajigar, a small town in the pre-Pyrenees of Huesca, in a rich and singular environment.
UPCOMING EVENTS
New study and practice program
From September 6th to 10th we will have the visit of H.E. Gyalton Rinpoche who will begin a three-year cycle of teachings, with the title of Discovering the Buddha within where the essential points of the Three Wheels of Dharma will be covered.
This program consists of a program to be put into practice and allows the student to advance in the understanding and experience of the material taught.
This sacred transmission is open to everyone. (both Buddhist and non-Buddhist).
